Good customer service is very important. And since Amazon is just a store committed to sell to buying public, customer service is somewhat not in their "agenda". But anyhow, the store who owns the product will just work for their own benefit.

By committing this acquisition, Amazon combines the customers of the two websites, the sale and profit of the entire apparel field, not only handbags, will be largely promoted. As for zappos, the acquisition is quite sensible. For one thing, the condition Amazon offer is quite satisfactory and what’s more important, Zappos itself is facing problems, one of them is that the sale of the website is valid and it’s hard for them to expand any more. Only by this way can they keep the money in their pocket stay increasing.
